ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery time:
• Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
• Other Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping on selected products or orders as part of promotional offers.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email or other available communication methods. Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active.
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Carry Alvi shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, public holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Carry Alvi will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
FAILED DELIVERY
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or any other customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
